PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly provide service required for a user. SOLUTION: When the user sends a mail to a specific address assigned for each service, a server extracts information corresponding to the address from a data base simultaneously with the reception of the mail and returns the extracted information to the user as attached data (multimedia data, text data, program data, etc.), for example. When the user triggers the service of the server by using a mail means, the user can receive service of required quantity any time the user requests. The server stores user information such as the mail address of each user and the number of mails sent from each user and realizes service suited to individual needs or the like on the basis of the user information. The user can customize the automatically returned information through a web site or prepare the information by himself (or herself) and set the address of the service by himself (or herself). |
