PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for advertisement which make it possible to take effective advertising activities widely to general people without using any special device nor environment. SOLUTION: A user calls an advertisement server 400 by a telephone set and selects the reception of an advertisement message from a menu at a main menu part 401. Consequently, the user is authenticated by the function of an authentication system 402 and when the user is adequate, advertisement message of a kind that the user selects by a telephone advertisement system 403 are read out of an advertisement database of a database 406 and sent in voice to the telephone set. The user listens to respective advertisement messages to the end to obtain points, which can be exchanged with a desired gift when accumulated. |
