PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved monitoring method for monitoring an event related to a position in a customer/correspondent interaction. SOLUTION: The method for monitoring an event related to a position such as the reception probability of an item previously ordered by a customer in a correspondent store is provided. The method includes a step for storing the descriptor of the target event for the customer and the descriptor is stored in a third person's service system by the related correspondent. The descriptor clearly or suggestively includes the details of the positions of the person concerned and the store. When the customer approaches near the correspondent store, the service system determines coincidence with the event descriptor and executes an event state inspection by using state data provided from the correspondent. The state inspection result is reported to the customer.
