PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a fault of equipment and to put the equipment in temporary operation when the fault is detected. SOLUTION: If devices 31, 32, 33... get out of order, fault information 51 is sent to a control center 4 through a communication network 9. The control center 4 loads a fault diagnostic program 61 to the device 3 having sent the fault information 51. The device 3 starts the fault diagnostic program 61 to take a fault diagnosis and transmit faulty place information 53 to the control center 4. When temporary operation is possible, a temporary operation program 6 is loaded from the control center 4 to the device 3, which is placed in temporary operation. Meanwhile, the control center 4 supplies repair information 64 based upon the result of the fault diagnosis to a service person 8, which takes an easy and speedy repairing action 65 for the device 3. |
