PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door driving device capable of using the existing domestic sliding door as it is, using a rail on a threshold side and a sash sheave and being simply mounted from the latter without being required for special mounting accuracy. SOLUTION: The rail of the existing threshold and the sash sheave of the sliding door are used as they are, an electric motor used for driving and a controlling circuit part, a pulley for transferring power and a power transmission belt are mounted to a base plate, the base plate is fixed to the threshold part to fix a connected metal fixture for connecting to the sliding door to the power transmission belt driven by the electric motor, and the automatic door driving device is so constituted that the connected metal fixture is directly fixed to the sliding door.
