PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composition for a color filter which does not cause defects in display when formed into a display panel and has excellent also pixel strength, pixel surface smoothness, development characteristics, adhesion to a substrate, pattern shape, mechanical strength after film formation, etc. SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive composition contains (a) a pigment- containing colorant, (b) an alkali-soluble resin, (c) a polyfunctional monomer whose functionality is >=4, (d) a photopolymerization initiator and (e) a solvent. The pigment in the component (a) is dispersed by a pigment dispersing agent and a pigment dispersing aid comprising a copper phthalocyanine derivative having a sulfonic acid group. |
