PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the Internet homepage picture and picture information on a database which are not updated after generation and to which less access for requesting information is performed from an outer part exist by drastically large number, are left as they are and erased. SOLUTION: Expression for secular change and becoming old similarly to the natural world object is added by writing to left picture information through the use of software. As a result, it is visually and clearly appealed that information becomes old and, so that information updating and access performing are promoted.
