PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the recycling cost while eliminating the work for sorting a member to be fitted and a clip in recycling by forming the clip from a synthetic resin material of the same group with the member to be fitted such as a garnish. SOLUTION: This clip 10 for installing a synthetic resin member to be fitted (garnish 44, for example) in a panel 40 of an automobile is provided with an assembling part 30 fittable to the member to be fitted and an engaging part 12 fittable to the panel with the predetermined holding force by inserting it into a fitting hole 42 formed in the panel 40. These assembling part 30 and the engaging part 12 are integrally formed with each other and made of the synthetic resin material of the same group with the member to be fitted.
