PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation ventilation structure easy to construct and generating no dead space for ventilation. SOLUTION: This foundation ventilation structure 20 is formed on the rising section of a foundation 2 for ventilation between the inside and outside of the foundation and it is provided with a cutout section 21 formed at the prescribed height from the upper end of the rising section 6 downward to penetrate the foundation between the inside and outside and an air-permeable intrusion preventing member 22 covering the whole face of the notch section 21.
