RUBBER VIBRATION ISOLATOR EXCELLENT IN DURABILITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber vibration isolator capable of actualizing excellent durability without changing spring characteristics and to provide a method for advantageously producing the rubber vibration isolator. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized natural rubber material is compounded with an unvulcanized acrylic rubber material in the weight ratio of 90/10 to 60/40, uniformly kneaded, then the two rubber materials are simultaneously vulcanized (and molded) to produce a rubber vibration isolator having a structure in which the acrylic rubber is finely distributed as particles having 0.1-100μm size in a matrix composed of the natural rubber.
