PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable ligation band dispenser capable of providing a normal visual field for the image sensor of a host side endoscope or a laparoscope and presenting a withdrawn position for more improving mobility at the time of a search and an extended position for enabling a conventional ligation treatment. SOLUTION: A ligation band distribution device movably received at the end part of the insertion part of the endoscope and provided with a fixed seal 118 is provided with a base end part 108 for movably receiving the insertion part of the endoscope, the end part and an inner surface for surrounding the insertion part of the endoscope and the seal at the time of being at an operation position. The distribution device can be moved from the withdrawn position to a distribution position. At the distribution position, the end part of the distribution device is separated from the end part of the endoscope and thus, volume suitable for executing the ligation treatment is practically formed by the distribution device. At the withdrawn position, the volume is reduced from the volume at the distribution position and the seal tightly seals the endoscope and the distribution device in between during the ligation treatment.
