PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which can realize uniform cooking of rice by decreasing unevenness of heating. SOLUTION: Resonance frequencies of an inside resonance circuit 16a and an outside resonance circuit 16b are set to 50 kHz and 20 kHz, respectively. Electric powers supplied to an inside heating coil 2a and an outside heating coil 2b are made approximately same by driving an inverter main circuit 12 in a frequency region where impedances of the inside resonance circuit 16a and the outside resonance circuit 16b approximately coincide with each other by a control circuit 17. In addition, electronic power supplied to the inside heating coil 2a is made larger by driving the inverter main circuit 12 in a frequency region where the impedances of the outside resonance circuit 16b is larger than that of the inside resonance circuit 16a to heat the central part in a pot.
