METHOD FOR PHOTO-REDUCING HEMOGLOBIN ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hemoglobin endoplasmic reticulum containing oxidized methemoglobin by irradiating a light for recovering its oxygen-coordinating capacity. SOLUTION: This method for photo-reducing hemoglobin endoplasmic reticulum is to incorporate appropriate amounts of amino acids, saccharides, alcohols and flavins in an inside aqueous phase of the hemoglobin endoplasmic reticulum and when the methemoglobin concentration is increased by the oxidation of the hemoglobin, reduce the methemoglobin by irradiating the light for recovering its oxygen-coordinating capacity and sustaining the function of the above endoplasmic reticulum.
