PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler box excellent in a cold-insulating force. SOLUTION: A tabular heat insulation material 15 is continuously stuck to an outer face of an interior shell part 11 of a containing portion 1 of the cooler box. The tabular heat insulation material 15 has three tabular, open-cell foamed resin members 21 and aluminum layers 22 disposed so as to continuously cover the entire surfaces of the members 21. The members 21 are the ones that a polyurethane resin is continuously expanded and processed to a tabular shape, and are so processed as to meet each area of the interior shell part 11, which corresponds to a front side face 1a, a bottom face 1d and a rear side face 1c, respectively. Further, the aluminum layers 22 are so constituted that the coating of a synthetic resin is applied to aluminum, or that the laminate processing or the like of a synthetic resin is executed on aluminum. The aluminum layers 22 are disposed so as to cover the entire faces of the three tabular, open-cell foamed resin members 21, and connect the respective members 21 to one another.
