PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a deep carved irregular pattern in a sharp contour even for a product of little water content such as the product shaped by a paper-making method and a flow-on one layer molding method. SOLUTION: When a deep carved irregular pattern of a large irregular difference is applied to a surface of uncured ceramics building material of abut 35-50% in water content, a water feeding pore 7 is provided to an inner angle part 6b of the recessed part of a press machine 6 corresponding to a part becoming a shoulder of the projected patter of the product during a pressing process of the irregular pattern, and pressing is carried out while water is fed from the pore 7.
