PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an umbrella from being left behind by a simple means. SOLUTION: A clip (3) is provided at the upper section of a grip handle (2) of an umbrella body (1). Then, a ring (4) which is exclusively used to prevent the umbrella from being left behind is passed through the clip (3). When the umbrella is placed, the ring (4) is fitted on a finger of the user, and by watching the ring, the memory of placing the umbrella is recalled. Thus, the umbrella can be prevented from being left behind.
