PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative heat insulation paper-made container that holds noodle in the middle portion of the heat-insulation paper-made container when hot water is poured in the container and, at the same time, prevents the noodle from floating, thus enabling the boodles to be loosened sufficiently. SOLUTION: A container body member 1 is made of a base material in which a thermoplastic resin layer 10 having a high melting point is interposed between two base sheets 11 and 12 and the surface of the base sheets 11 and 12 are respectively laminated with thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 13 and 14 having a low melting point. An upper flange 16 is formed on the upper edge of the opening of the container main body member 1. A bottom is fitted in the body member 1 to be integrated with it, thereby obtaining a container including the thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 13 and 14 having the low melting point arranged respectively on the inner surface and outer surface of the container body member 1. The thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 13 and 14 are heat-foamed.
