PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle type nozzle which does not open nozzle holes in a molding and prevents pressurized fluid from remaining in a hollow and adhering to a mold, or is scarcely clogged with a resin when the fluid is injected for blow molding. SOLUTION: An apparatus is composed of an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder installed rotatably and/or slidably in the outer cylinder, and an inner cylinder driving device. In the inner cylinder, with the use of the needle type nozzle having an injection hole and a discharge hole which are opened respectively in the upper part side of the cylinder part, in a stage before pressurized fluid is injected, the inner cylinder is rotated and/or slid to close the injection hole liquid-tightly. In a stage in which the fluid is injected, the inner cylinder is rotated and/or slid to open the injection hole, and the fluid is injected at least from the injection hole into a resin to do blow molding. In a stage in which the fluid is discharged from a hollow part obtained by the blow molding, the fluid is discharged from the discharge hole with the above state kept.
