PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing titanium oxide in order to improve photo-catalytic effects as much as possible by using a air permeable solvent capable of bringing into contact with the surface of titanium oxide coating material. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing titanium oxide coating material comprises connecting a storage tank 1 of bronzing liquid material through piping 1A to a mixing/stirring tank 4, connecting a storage tank 2 for titanium oxide material through piping 2A to the mixing/stirring tank 4, providing a shaft 3A connected to a stirring control part 3 in the mixing/stirring tank 4, providing a propeller 5 for stirring on the above shaft 3A, electrically connecting an automatic control part A to a production order part 10, electrically connecting a bronzing liquid material control part 12, a titanium oxide material control part 11, a stirring control part 3, a titanium oxide coating material distributing control part 15, etc., in the automatic control part 10A, providing an electromagnetic control valve 13 in piping 1A, providing an electromagnetic control valve 14 in piping 2A and providing an electromagnetic control valve 16 in piping 4A.
