PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a driver or a protector is late for finding out abnormality of the infant, because whether an infant is seated without feeling a burden or not, or how a condition of the seated infant is can hardly judged by the driver or the protector in the prior art, when the infant is seated on a child seat. SOLUTION: The abnormal condition of the infant is quickly and accurately informed to the driver or the protector when the infant is brought into the abnormal condition different from a usual condition, by providing plural sensors inside the child seat and by signal-processing obtained signals (for example, change of a respiratory frequency, change of the pulse rate).
