PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To center a wind shield glass in the center of a window frame opening to be assembled. SOLUTION: In this assembling structure for assembling the wind shield glass G in which a roof panel 1 with drilled attaching holes 4 and body side panels 2 are welded and in which clips 5 inserted into the attaching holes are bonded to the window frame opening 3 defined by respective panels, an elastic arm 8 of the each clip 5 contacts elastically with each end part 2a of the each body side panel inside the each attaching hole to center the wind shield glass with respect to the center of the window frame opening, when the clip is inserted into the corresponding attaching hole of the roof panel, even when dispersion is generated in welded positions in the respective fellow panels to shift the center of the roof panel from the center of window frame opening, by facing the each end part 2a of the body side panel to an inside of the attaching hole of tire roof panel, and by providing, in the clip, the elastic arm 8 contacting elastically with the end part of the body side panel faced to the inside of the attaching hole.
