PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a product and a die from being damaged in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A protective cover 15 is set on a die 4 of a lower die corresponding to a product without requiring punching, in case of changing a punching product, by mistakenly operating a switching mechanism 6 by an operator, a primarily unnecessary punch 2 is descended and the punch 2 hits the protective cover 15, thus, the product is prevented from being damaged, further, the die is prevented from being damaged as well.
