PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer which can prevent adhesion (fusing) while well maintaining wear resistance. SOLUTION: This pulverizer finely grinds raw materials between a rotor 7 which is supported by a revolving shaft 9 and is continuously formed with recessed parts and projecting parts alternately in a circumferential direction on its outer surface and a stator 4 which is fitted apart a slight spacing 8 to the outer side of the rotor and is continuously formed with recessed parts and projecting parts alternately in a circumferential direction on its inner surface. Thin films of diamond-like carbon are formed on the outer surface of the rotor and the inner surfaces of the stator.
