AUTOMATIC DISCHARGING DEVICE IN DEHYDRATION TANK FOR ASH TREATING APPARATUS AND CLINKER VISCOMETER THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic discharging device in a dehydration tank which safely discharges clinker ash of a coal boiler from the hydration tank and a convenient clinker viscometer applicable for the device. SOLUTION: This automatic discharge device is provided with the dehydration tank 1 having an ash gate 2 on a discharge port, a skirt 3 which guides clinker discharged from the dehydration tank, a dewatering conveyor 4 which receives the clinker in the skirt and carries the same while dewatering and a layer thickness adjusting gate 6 which adjusts the quantity of clinker which is discharged from the bottom of the skirt 3 to the dewatering conveyor 4. In addition, this device is provided with the dewatering conveyor 4 having a clinker moisture meter 12, the clinker viscometer 15 and a conveyor load ammeter 11, inputs the measured output signals of these meters and operates the ash gate 2, the layer thickness adjusting gate 6 and a vibrator 8 in accordance with the changes in the meters.
