PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a seedling transplantation properly maintaining the planting locus of a seedling planting tine and having an excellent accuracy regardless of change in planting travel speed in a vegetable transplanter for planting a seedling taken out from a seedling tray on a seedling placing stand in a field by the seedling planting tine. SOLUTION: In this vegetable transplanter for planting a seedling (N) taken out from a seedling tray (22) of a seedling placing stand (21) in a field by a seedling planting tine (25), the vegetable transplanter is equipped with a planting speed change part (80) for changing a planting travel velocity and a locus change part (42a) for changing the planting locus of the seedling planting tine (25) and a single planting change lever (91) for simultaneously changing operations of the change parts (42a) and (80).
