PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having fire retardancy, friendly to environment and having a foamed resin layer excellent in scratch resistance and bending resistance and having an almost uniform foamed cell shape reduced in irregularity and a smooth surface state. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet wherein at least foamed resin layer comprising a thermoplastic resin to which an additive containing at least a foaming agent and an inorganic filler is added is provided on a paper base material, the thermoplastic resin layer comprises a mixed resin of an olefinic thermoplastic resin and a styrene/ethylene copolymer resin.
