PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an octopus for an ingredient material for a frozen octopus dumpling capable of preventing leftovers from remaining by effectively utilizing the whole octopus and the mass-producible frozen octopus dumpling comprising the octopus for the ingredient material for the frozen octopus dumpling. SOLUTION: This octopus 3 for the ingredient material for the frozen octopus dumpling is obtained by utilizing a solid material prepared by binding a finely cut octopus with a food binder as the octopus 3 to be the ingredient material for the frozen octopus dumpling obtained by freezing a grilled octopus dumpling. |
