PURPOSE:To embody the garbage disposing apparatus giving off only a limited smell by providing a storage space exceeding a fixed capacity in the interval to the exhaustion of a gas discharged from a deodorizing means to the outside air while specifying the capacity of the storage space to exceed the capacity of a drying chamber by specified times to enhance deodorizing effect. CONSTITUTION:A garbage container 2 is provided inside a drying chamber 1, garbage is placed into the garbage container 2 and the drying chamber 1 is sealed up with a packing provided on a lid 4 on the top of the drying chamber 1. Then, the garbage is stirred up with an agitation blade 3 provided on the bottom part of the garbage container 2 being driven to rotate with a motor 5. Moreover, the garbage container 2 is heated with a heater 7 to dry the garbage inside. The gas generated by the thermal drying is deodorized in a deodorizing part 12. The gas deodorized is discharged to the outside air at an exhaust port 16 passing through an exhaust pipe 15 forming a storage space with a capacity exceeding a fixed value and a fixed shape. The capacity of the storage space is set 1/250 times as much as the capacity of the drying chamber 1 thereby achieving higher deodorizing effect. |
