PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk medium storing case formed into a tray shape and capable of reliably holding a lid which is provided for protecting the surface of a disk medium and which can be simply opened, and a stacked body of these storing trays. SOLUTION: The disk medium storing case is composed of a bottom wall 11 having a disk holding part 15 which is engaged with the center hole of a disk medium D to hold it, a storing tray 10 having on its outer circumference a side wall 20 higher than the thickness of the disk medium, and a cover member 50 which covers an upper face of the disk medium under the condition that the disk medium is held on the storing tray by the disk holding part. The storing tray has a first engaging part 18 in the vicinity of the disk holding part, and the cover member has a second engaging part 52 which is engaged with the first engaging part. When the storing tray is closed with the cover member, the second engaging part is engaged with the first engaging part and, when the cover member is removed to open the storing tray, the second engaging part is disengaged from the first engaging part.
