PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a normal temperature shrinkable tube without using an expensive mold and repeating heating and cooling. SOLUTION: A liquid polymeric material 11 is discharged from a nozzle 10 while a mandrel 9 is rotated to form a thin film comprising the liquid polymeric material 11 on the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel 9. This thin film is irradiated with electromagnetic waves by an electromagnetic wave irradiation apparatus 12 to crosslink and cure the polymeric material 11. By repeating this work, the normal temperature shrinkable tube having a predetermined shape and structure is obtained.
