PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press and hold an electrode tip when performing welding work without holding it by hand and to easily detach the electrode tip after the welding. SOLUTION: At a tip part on another side of a metallic plate 35 which performs a spring action and which has been fixed to a magnet 32 device to be attracted to an object to be welded, an electrode tip 36 having a male thread on at least its tip part side is fixed. A nut 46 is engaged on the male thread part of the electrode tip, the tip of the electrode tip 36 and the nut 46 are abutted on an object to be welded when performing the welding work, so that they are pressed and held by the spring pressure of the metallic plate 35.
