PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which perfectly manufactures a filter cartridge of which all constituents are made of polysulfone polymer without generating fine bubbles in an end plate which is one of the constituents in the manufacture process. SOLUTION: In this manufacture of microfiltration filter cartridge which is composed of a microporous filter membrane, a membrane support, a core, an outer peripheral cover and an end plate and in which all of the constituents are made of polysulfone type polymer, the end plate is subjected to dry processing beforehand and, thereafter, is subjected to thermal melt-sticking.
