PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide-imide(PAI) composition maintaining its mechanical strength standing practical use and having stable semiconductivity over a wide range. SOLUTION: This semiconductive PAI composition is characterized by comprising PAI >=13,000 in number-average molecular weight and electroconductive carbon black(CB). This composition is stably semiconductive over a wide range with small amounts of CB incorporation, having mechanical strength standing practical use, therefore being usable in various forms; for example, in the form of an endless tubular film, this composition is effective as a paper conveying belt for color copying machines.
