PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline polypropylene which can give a film excellent in low-temperature heat sealability, blocking resistance, and scratch resistance and a film made therefrom. SOLUTION: The crystalline polypropylene satisfies the following requirements: (1) the MFR is 0.5-200 g/10 min, (2) the melting point Tm is 110-160 deg.C, (3) the Q value is 2.5-4, and (4) the growth speed S(μm/sec) of a spherulite diameter under conditions in which the differenceΔT between the melting point Tm( deg.C) and the solidification treatment temperature Tt( deg.C) is 30 deg.C satisfies the relationships: S>0.140.
