PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate an air conditioner through automating the loading/ unloading containers into/from a reaction chamber in a closed state. SOLUTION: The subject automatic air conditioner comprises a reaction chamber 3 for holding a container 13 therein, a tray 5 for supporting the container, an air conditioning unit (air conditioning chamber) 4 for regulating the temperature at least inside the reaction chamber, a moving means 6 for making a sliding movement of the tray so as to be free to load/unload into/from the reaction chamber, a 1st closure 10 for closing the reaction chamber when the tray is loaded into the reaction chamber by the moving means 6, a 2nd closure 11 for closing the reaction chamber when the tray is unloaded from the reaction chamber by the moving means 6, and holding parts (1st magnet 8, 2nd magnet 9) for holding the 2nd closure in a closed state. In this automatic air conditioner, the opening/closing operation for the closure and the operation of loading/ unloading the container into/from the reaction chamber are made by a single action through interlocking of the sliding movement of the tray supporting the container and the closure opening/closing with each other.
