<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to a method for effective utilization of molding sand and further to suppress the dust generation of the molding sand and to improve the handling quality of highly moist cement raw materials. SOLUTION: Component control materials are further added to a mixture prepared by mixing the molding sand and the highly moist cement raw materials having a moisture content of >=60 wt.% to calcine the mixture and to obtain cement clinker. Cement is manufactured by pulverizing this cement clinker together with gypsum.</p> |
