METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF COOLING ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controlling apparatus which can surely prevent condensation in a cooling roll even when a work experience is poor. SOLUTION: A heat pipe type cooling roll 25 is used, a first side temperature resistor 11 is installed in a resin-contact area, and a second side temperature resistor 11' is installed in a resin-non-contact area. In an automatic cooling control panel 43, on the basis of the output signal of the resistor 11' which is transmitted non-contactwise from the rotating roll 25 through a rotary joint 1 and a dew-point information signal output from a dew-point instrument 44, a signal for controlling the discharge of cooling water from a chiller 45 is output so that the temperature of the non-contact area is higher by a prescribed temperature or above than a dew point.
