<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a high purity cyclic imido alcohol in high yield, in an industrially producible scale. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a cyclic imido alcohol heats and agitates an acid anhydride and a primary amino-alcohol or an amic acid in an organic solvent in the presence of one or more kinds of catalysts selected from a metal alkyl oxide, a metal alkenyl oxide, a metal aryl oxide and an organometallie compound.</p> |
