PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding method capable of securing sufficient tail thread length and forming a bobbin package for facilitating a removing operation of a tail winding part, and the bobbin package using the method. SOLUTION: In this yarn winding method, a yarn-exchanged yarn moderately moves to a winding region in a bobbin central part, forming the tail winding part smoothly or dividedly wound around between a yarn grabbing groove and a yarn winding layer. This bobbin package has a bobbin winding layer in the central region of a bobbin, and the tail winding part with 3 to 10 mm of width smoothly or dividedly wound around between the yarn winding layer and the yarn grabbing provided at the end of the bobbin.
