PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip improved in its delivery properties in a printer in spite of a sheetlike slip. SOLUTION: In the sheetlike delivery slip A wherein slip paper having a pasting slip 11 and a delivery slip 12 bonded thereto in combination is superposed on a label base material in such a state that the pasting slip 11 is provided in a strongly bonded state and the delivery slip 12 is provided in a peelable state, a band part 13 with a predetermined width is provided to at least one side parallel to the feed direction of a printer of the slip A. Since the bending of paper generated by the dividing half cuts (a), (b) of the delivery slip A can be prevented, the delivery. properties of the delivery slip in the printer can be enhanced in spite of a sheetlike slip.
