PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an oscillator easily with lead wires on a circuit board. SOLUTION: A comb-tooth type oscillator 12 is formed in the center of a piezoelectric plate 2 in the widthwise direction and extensions are formed on the opposite sides thereof. A large number of lead wires 17 provided in the central part of a circuit board 17 attached to the fixed end side are connected with external signal electrodes 8 on the oscillator 12 and lead wires 18 provided on the opposite sides of the circuit board 17 are connected with external common electrodes 13 on the extensions.
