PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of interior trim for a vehicle while its necessary strength is secured. SOLUTION: In the panel main body 10 (interior decoration main body) of an instrument panel 1 (the interior trim for the vehicle), a core material 11, a cushioning layer 12, and a skin 13 are vacuum-formed integrally. Around the peripheral fringe of the panel main body 10 and holes 10a-10e, a rim the strength of which is larger than that the panel main body, a defroster nozzle 30, a ventilation duct 40, an audio receiver 50, and a meter receiver 60 are fixed.
