PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that respective fibrous materials are readily loosened when the respective fibrous materials are completely divided into pieces and the processing thereof is difficult when attempts to form cuts are made in an incomplete state of the fibrous materials by leaving a part thereof though a fiber bundlelike fish paste product in the form of the adductor or a shelled crab meat is formed by forming cuts in a heated beltlike sheet into many fibrous materials and then bundling the fibrous materials into a rodlike shape. SOLUTION: A fiber bundlelike fish paste product having a binding strength with an applied fish meat raw material even when respective fibrous materials are completely cut off in a dividing step can be produced by carrying out respective steps of extending a fish meat raw material P0 into a thin sheet beltlike form and continuously feeding the raw material in the extended state, heating the beltlike raw material sheet P1, applying the fish meat raw material P0 having adhesion to respective front and back surfaces of the heated beltlike sheet P dividing the resultant beltlike sheet P4 with the raw material into many pieces of a fibrous form, bundling the divided beltlike sheet P5 into a rodlike form of the final product thickness and successively cutting the rodlike fiber bundle P6 by each product length. |
