PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drug composition having excellent preservation stability. SOLUTION: This calcium blocker-containing drug composition comprises the calcium blocker having the general formula (wherein, R1 is a 1-4C alkyl group which may be substituted, amino group or cyano group; R2 is a 1-4C alkyl group which may be substituted, a substituted 3-4C alkenyl group or a substituted 4- to a substituted 6-membered cyclic amino group; R3 is a phenyl group having a substituent group; R4 is a 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl group which may be substituted, 1,3,2-phosphorinan-2-yl group or 5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2- phosphorinan-2-yl group; and R5 is a 1-4C alkyl group) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and a pharmacologically acceptable alkaline medium capable of imparting at least pH 8 to an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion of a drug composition.
