PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a storage and supply tank preventing the adhesion and accumulation of a chemical abrasive and using a structural material different from a conventional double-skin structure and to provide a storage and supply tank structure optimum to regulate the temperature of the chemical abrasive. SOLUTION: The storage and supply tank is formed from a sheet material having a double-skin structure which consists of an outer face sheet 20 having constant curvature, a corrugated sheet like inner face sheet 21 having constant curvature and provided with round corrugations at a constant pitch, the core material 22 held between both surfaces of the outer and inner face sheets 20, 21 and having a repeating trapezoidal shape structure and has cooling pipings 23 in the gap parts of the core material 22 in a state being in close contact with the round corrugated curved surface of the face sheet 21.
