PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resting facility (a floating body facility) capable of easily being installed in a park or other spaces without causing any load on the environment, and providing a fine amenity to users. SOLUTION: This resting facility 1 comprises a floating body 3, generally circular in a plan view, floating on a water area 2, and a rotating mechanism 6 fixed on a ground G side surrounding the floating body 3 and rotating the floating body 3 about a specified vertical shaft while regulating the horizontal displacement of the floating body 3. An upper surface 3c of the floating body 3 is used as a resting place R, and the inside of the floating body 3 is used as an underwater restaurant 7. On an outer peripheral surface 3a of the floating body 3, windows 8, 8, etc., for enjoying an underwater view from the underwater restaurant 7 are provided.
