PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency by omitting the exchange of tools during the surface milling, and shortening the waiting time in a machining center. SOLUTION: A milling cutter 3 which is fitted to a spindle S of a milling machine in a concentric manner via a holder 2 to mill a work W by the forward rotation of the spindle S is provided, a cup-like brush 10 is movably fitted to the milling cutter 3, and a brush guide mechanism 20 for guiding the cup-like brush 10 to the holder 2 side and locating it at the waiting position when the spindle S is rotated in the forward direction, and for guiding the cup-like brush 10 to the side opposite to the holder 2 and protruding it from a tip of the milling cutter 3 is provided.
