POUR-OUT PLUG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pour-out plug with barrier properties wherein resistance when a pull-ring is pulled is reduced and a synthetic resin layer on a side which is not welded with a bulkhead does not remain when unsealing. SOLUTION: An upper thin weakened line 15 with a flat bottom and an approximately V-shaped cross section is provided around an upper surface of the bulkhead 13. A lower thin weakened line 16 with a V-shaped cross section is provided facing upward around a lower surface of the bulkhead 13 with the upper weakened line 15 provided at a region corresponding to a part of the upper thin weakened line with the flat bottom. A barrier composite film 18 is fused to eliminate a step 17 by insert molding on an inner lower part of the bulkhead of a pour-out plug body 10, which is formed with the step 17 so that the inside of the bulkhead having the lower thin weakened line provided is thinner than the outside.
