PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a pull-ring which can improve strength of a pull-ring of the cap itself with the pull-ring which is to be mounted on a container, and the container with the cap mounted on an opening. SOLUTION: The cap 10 with a pull-ring which is molded of a thermoplastic resin by injection molding has the pull-ring 14 whose thickness in the vicinity of a welded line is thicker than that of other parts by 5 to 100%. In addition, the cap 10 with the pull-ring is fixed to the opening to constitute the container 20.
