PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory cosmetic having synergistic anti- inflammatory effect, therefore enabling adequate anti-inflammatory effect to be afforded even with a small amounts of use, thus highly useful in terms of economy. SOLUTION: This anti-inflammatory cosmetic is characterized by containing a combination of a solvent extract from a plant belonging to Perilla frutescens crispa with an anti-inflammatory agent.
